This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your
/plugins folder to install it.This extension gives all users the ability to see the number of characters remaining as they are adding a comment or starting a discussion. When the max_comment_length setting is exceeded, the Submit button is hidden. This prevents the user from accidentally submitting a comment that is too long.
Version 1.0.1 - Updated to only work with the default Text editor. Apparently the upload never worked.
