This addon is a theme. You need to extract it to your
/themes folder to install it.This is a minimal theme change to move the "Powered by Vanilla" from the Panel (or "side panel" if you like) to the Footer, or bottom of each page.
I've kept everything else 100% the same as the default theme/style of Vanilla 1.1.10 so it should be trivial to see what I've changed and port these changes over to other themes.
