This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your /plugins folder to install it.
Adds Google AdSense code to the first comment of each thread. You must have an AdSense publisher ID for this plugin to work.

Shows your AdSense ads in the first post of each discussion. Plugin is configurable via its settings page in the dashboard.

Please see this thread. I don't have an AdSense account, so I need someone who does to try this out and give me some feedback.
