This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your
/plugins folder to install it.
This plugin enables file uploads and attachments to discussions and comments. It will display the attachments with the relevant graphic based on file extension
***Please rename the folder to FileUpload moving other version of FileUpload into another folder after disabling them***

by Tim Gunter and released under the same GPL licence.
At the moment this links [Open Icon Library](http://openiconlibrary.sourceforge.net/)
"Oxygen" icons to uploads, with a file mapping. So it will display the attachments
with the relevant graphic based on file extension.
### Important ###
It is a good idea not only to disable other file upload plugins, but also move their folder, into another folder
This will reduce the chance of conflicts by removing those from the plugins folder.

***Note***
If you can't unzip this try using 7zip. I bet money the majority of zip software can unzip this, but particular popular proprietary software (which shall remain nameless) might bork, and leave you high and dry.
This is not to do with the quality of the zipping, but the client software doing the unziping, and I could go on...
