This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your
/plugins folder to install it.This extension allows you to add an announcement onto the discussion index page, just above the discussion topics. The extension also allows you to modify the announcement text, colors, fade on/off and fade delay via the administrator settings. An update will be released soon to fix the issues some people are having when inserting HTML or non-standard characters into their announcement.
