This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your
/plugins folder to install it.
This plugin adds optional original Author and Time and optional View Count in Discussions Page with positioning option for view count.
This plugin has options to display
a) Original Author and Time for each discussion subject
b) The View count for each discussion
change wording for view count, last by most recent, etc in
AuthorTimeView/locale/en-CA.php
Important Settings note.
If you choose to uncheck
a) Original author and Time for each discussion subject
in the settings (the author name disappears).
You must rename the file in
AuthorTimeView/locale/en-CA.php to
AuthorTimeView/locale/en-CA.ph
ver 1.1 - fixes to category views
ver 1.2 - some cleanup on dashboard
ver 1.3 - added optional setting for right side display of view count and add more localization settings.
ver 1.3.1 - minor fix to Author view
ver 1.4 - tested in vanilla 2.0.18.8
As with all plugins READ the readme if you want to make things easy for yourself.
As with all plugins, it is a good idea to disable plugin, install new version, and then enable and then check settings.
