This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your /plugins folder to install it.
Plugin adds a small trigger near textarea (or it's label). This trigger allows you transform textarea to a wysiwyg editor (elRTE) with file manager (elFinder).

elRTE is an open-source WYSIWYG HTML-editor written in JavaScript using jQuery UI.

elFinder is an open-source file manager for web, written in JavaScript using jQuery UI.
