This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your
/plugins folder to install it.
adjusts displayed time to a specific timezone offset, when user is not logged in. If your server is in NY and the majority of users are in Auckland this may help you. This will only affect the displayed time when a user is not logged in. See the readme.txt for the configuration options.
If your server is in distant timezone (e.g. NY,USA) from the majority of users (New Zealand), this may help users who are not logged into to see the local time rather than the default NY time.
this is a bit of a kludge if adding the following php statements don't work for you in you default.master.tpl. default.master.php, or index.php
substitute your own timezone.
ini_set('date.timezone', 'Pacific/Niue');
date_default_timezone_set("Pacific/Niue");

v1.1 - updated to be compatible with vanilla 2.1 and 2.0.18.x and added easier time format modification in TimeZoneAdjust/locale/en-CA.php
