403 Permission Denied when accessing settings.php?PostBackAction=Globals
I've read around and tried the settings.php chmod 777 suggestion and it didn't work, there are solutions I found but the links are broken (http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/8777/safe--settings-page - http://vanillaforums.org/discussion/8777/How-to-change-settings.php-PostBackAction-Globals-to-settings.php-PostBackAction-Somethingelse)
The error is:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/settings.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
