Images and Vanilla 2

So I did some searching and I apologize ahead of time because I'm sure this has been answered, but does Vanilla 2 allow inline images or is there a plugin written yet to allow this?

    Is there a simple way to add a message to the thread pages only? I'd like to use a message to give users sample html that they can simply copy and paste into their posts...

    You can make a custom theme and just change the view for the "add comment" input box to have your example text. How exactly you accomplish this depends on which version of Vanilla you're using (1 or 2).

    Another suggestion might be to just tell people to use a photo upload site or script that will give them the embed HTML necessary, at least until a Vanilla images plugin can be developed.
