Does anyone know what this error means?

Just the other day the forum stopped working. I thought it was a problem with my host so I waited. It's been a couple of days now.
A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred
Technical information (for support personel):
Error Message
An error occurred while creating a new shortstat record.
Affected Elements
ShortStat.Track();
The error occurred on or near: Access denied for user: 'dbo197856104@%' to database 'db197856104'

I think my database may be over it's size limit. This happened once before and I think that I got rid of the IP caching info somewhere. Does anyone know how to delete old or bog posts in mysql?

Does anyone know how to "Truncate" the LUM_IpHistory table ? -
Nevermind... I'm off track... I think I need to Truncate the LUM_ShortStat. The LUM_ShortStat is what is over blowing my allotted 100MB of MYSQL database. Can I clear it?
I'm not sure how to delete this discussion but I'm trying to get the answer here...
