Move Discussion & Sink: What does?

I have two questions.
First: Is there any way to move a discussion?
Second: What does the sing option?

You can edit the first comment in a discussion to change the category that it is in (ie. "move" it).

When you "Sink" a discussion, it makes it so that new comments added to the discussion do not push that discussion to the top of the list - essentially, the discussion will "sink" to the bottom of the discussion list despite any activity within.

@Mark: for the "sink" part, is there any date associated with it?
ie. are the sinked discussions below all "normal" discussions, or does they retain the date of the last comment?

They retain the date of the last comment before the admin clicked the "sink" button.
