VF.Com Data Export

I was thinking if I shall use vf.com till vf sript is fully tested and ready for prime time or may be even after that. The only thing that stopped me considering further is to get backup or export my community data.

Is there any way, I can get my community backup so I have an exit route, if I decide to leave for whatever reasons?
