German Translation

Hi all.

Is it right that, that there's no german translation of Vanilla? I just started to do this, but if there already is one, I'd use that. Of course I'll make it available for everyone after finishing it.

If you want, I can share my locale.php where I added many additional German translations (especially for RC1 & RC2 of Vanilla 2) from my forum.

I'am having trouble with the Umlauts in my Vanilla 1 forum - is there any way to change to UTF-8 Encoding?

Although i've noticed that the umlauts are working in discussion names!?

Gibt es hier vielleicht auch eine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Installation? Ich habe Vanilla heut installiert und bin noch sichtlich hilflos. ;-)

Ich habe mir mal gestattet, ein Forum unter dem Namen "Deutsche Bedienungsanleitung für Vanilla 2" zu starten, in der Hoffnung, eine deutschsprachige Fangemeinde zu vereinen und hier ein Podium für selbige Sprachkultur zu schaffen. Vielleicht klappts ja.
