How does this plugin works?

sorry, my mistake!

The plugin works fine, but I suggest some features :

- Ability to manage reports on the frontend of vanilla;
- Ability to comment the report when creating one (the reason)
- Ability to discuss the report (action for those who have rights to manage the reports)
