    Could you please explain a little more on how this works and how to use it? Would it be possible to let a specific user have admin privileges on only a specific discussion.

    @mrshiz111 This addon can take or give only global permissions for user (overwriting role permissions). This addon cant give admin/moderator privileges for discussion/category.

    @S is this safe to use on Vanilla 2 RC3? I notice it hasn't been approved yet.

    @fredrikstai Many plugins are not approved here. Not tested in RC3, waiting for release on next week.
