lock out guests

Hi!
Guests can see my Tags and my Messages written to the Sidepanel even before they log in.
If they click on the Tags they can see the linked discussions.
Is there any way to prevent guests from seeing anything of my forum without being logged in?

@TiGR thank you! I somehow supposed this plugin wouldn't work anymore with vanilla 2.0 but it does!
