Overlaying Tooltips

I have no idea why this is:

But I can't get it to work properly. It appears in almost every browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). BUT it does not appear when creating a new discussion. Only on the reply form.

Please help me!

i am really confused now. I thought I downloaded the Plugin right from there, but now it says "version 1.2" ... well, I will test it later but I assume it will work, so thanks a lot @smac :)

Version 1.2 fixes this issue @Koffa along with numerous other fixes.
