How can I get page numbers in long threads instead of more button?

    I've recently upgraded to vanilla 2, and I have a number of threads migrated across that have 4-500 comments in them. The default setup with vanilla 2 has a more button after every 50 comments making it very difficult to navigate the thread if you're looking for information somewhere in the middle.

    What I'd like to do is have page numbers like in the Addons section of this site instead. It should be pretty straight forward I'd imagine, but I haven't found anywhere to change this behaviour. Can anyone tell me how to do this please?

    We've changed this for 2.0.1 so you just have to wait until its release this week.
