Is voting plugin still under development

This discussion is related to the Voting addon.
Is voting plugin still under development? I could able to vote up or vote down a topic as many times as I wish .Is that because of the problem in plugin or any glitch related only to this particular forum?

    Its because you are administrator. Log in as ordinary user and all is well.

    Is necessary have installed 2.0.1 vanilla version? I have 2.0 and I don't know if I can updated version without problems.
