[Vanilla 2.0.3] - Notifiction of New Applicant?

Hi All -

I have Vanilla 2.0.3 running for my site (NihonKen.org) and I have it setup so that I approve new memberships.

The issue I am having is when new applicants submit their application the administrator (me) doesn't get any notification of the new applicant. I can go to the "Applicants" section in the dashboard and see the new applicants listed, but I am not notified about the new applicants (when they signup).

I can't seem to find anywhere to set this option - are new applicant notification no longer an option in Vanilla 2?
