Database setup, do you need it upon installation?

    Do you need a database setup when you enter the installation on Vanilla forums or can you use what's in the panels already "localhost"?

    'localhost' simply means you're connecting to a database server on the same physical server as your forum. You need to create a database first if you don't have one already.

    I got it working, I just wasn't sure if there was a php file storing the posts rather than a msql database.
