Uploading profile photo not working!

I'm having trouble uploading a profile photo to my profile on my forum. Anything to fix this?

I'm having trouble uploading a profile image. I open the window and upload my image, and the window closes. It doesn't upload and goes to a error page saying "Page not found". I'm confused why this isn't working.

If so, try turning on RewriteURLs in your config.php
