CommentInfo Event

What is the "CommentInfo" event used for? And, more broadly, is there documentation on what the other fireable events do?

Also, is there any reason why this is defined as a div (as opposed to a span) in the helper_functions.php file? All other meta data is set up as spans.

Its causing problems for me with the PostCount plugin.

    You're using an old PostCount plugin then. That event was made specifically for the new PostCount and IPTracking plugins
