I have no plans to release it with the orange header up top. I could do a release of everything below it, though...

I really like it... Fine if you exclude the orange header at top, but having a generic header tha could be replaced would be nice.

By any chance has it ever been posted as a theme to the Addons and I missed it?

I don't believe it has, I know the old homepage was(and still is) posted in the addons section. I haven't seen this one yet though.
