Add drop-down for user to change mode in window?

This discussion is related to the Vanilla TinyMCE addon.
So that the default is "simple", but the user can select from a drop-down to change the mode (on the spot). BTW, love the plugin ;)

    I'll make this easier to do in the admin too. Thanks for the suggestion.
