[German "DU"] Translation in progress

hallo :),
I started today the translation for the German "DU". I'm 95% finished with the translation in frontend - 75 % in the backend. My biggest problem is to find the "Error Messages" - maybe someone know how I can find this (for example: "Name is required").

I also translated some plugins: "Follow", "Poll", "Who's Online"

So here first sreenshot for version 0.1 Alpha:

Some words are completly hard coded, I hope this will be change in further versions of vanilla.

Next steps:
- Finishing translation
- Make an German VanillaForum to download
- with German installation
- translate plugins (most)

I will upload the file in a .zip - and all I get is this message: Could not analyze the addon file.

The .zip file is the same like the file from Silencer. So what I do wrong?
I have a complete german "Du" translation for you - so help me, please - that's for all. ;)

German/Deutsch "DU" Version 0.1 Alpha.

Hier ist meine erste Übersetzung ins Deutsche mit "Du". Ein großer Dank geht an Silencer, auf dem diese Übersetzung zum großen Teil basiert. Frontend ist außer den "Error Messages" vollständig übersetzt. Backend ist auch weiter vorangeschritten, als in der "Sie" Version von Silencer.
Auch einige Addons sind übersetzt: "Signatures", "Following", "EMail Subscription", "Who's Online" und "Poll".

Was kommt in Version 0.2?
- Vollständige Übersetzung (manche Teile lassen sich leider nur hardgecodet übersetzen, was ich sehr schade finde).
- Daher werde ich auch eine vollständige Vanilla Core Übersetzung machen, sprich Vanilla in Deutsch downloaden.
- Installation auf Deutsch.
- Backend in Deutsch.
