roles & permissions reset after upgrade

hello!
I recently upgraded from 2.0.11 to 2.0.13 and all roles & permissions were reset.
It also happened during our previous upgrade (0.9 to 0.11) so there might be a bug there, unless i'm doing something wrong?

Were new roles deleted? Were users reassigned roles? Details, please.

sorry. In the dashboard, under Roles & Permissions, the roles were still there, but each had their permission reset to nothing, so no user could see anything anymore.
I had to reassign the permissions for each role, and that was it.

Either there's a bug or this is exceptionally coincidental timing.

I've had this happen moving from 2.0.13 to 2.0.14
My question is what were the default settings for member when I installed - I have never had reason to edit them.
