Dashboard not showing updates anymore

At one stage, the Dashboard was detecting updates for plugins and Vanilla, but a few versions ago (I think 2.0.11) it stopped detecting any updates.

I just checked this site and I have 6 plugins that have updates, but the Dashboard says nothing about it.

Is there an option I need to select in order to show the updates, or is it a bug?
I'm currently using 2.0.14 and it still occurs.
