Changing "Ask a Question" to something else

I would like to change the "Ask a Question" text to something else.
And the "Questions" text as well

I have searched every php file and js file for them, I didn't find anything.
Could someone point me to the correct file so i can change this text back to Discussions and Start a Discussion, Mine got changed when I updated to 2.0.15.

Ask a question is generated by the Voting plugin that you have enabled. So, you should look into /plugins/Voting/locale/en-CA.php ... There you have:
$Definition['Start a New Discussion'] = 'Ask a Question';

So, modify that and you should be all set. Watch out for updates of this plugin, as you will have to change it. If you want, you can define your own language and modify this, but I am not familiar with more things regarding this
