Voting does not show up

This discussion is related to the Voting addon.

Using Vanilla 2.0.16, php 5.2.10,
I unzipped Voting 1.0.3b to plugin folder
and ,on the dashboard, enabled Voting plugin.
(Also using FileUpload, Gravatar, Mark All Viewed, Quotes...and the default theme)
No error messages. It works fine so far.
But from there anything related to Voting in no way appears to be working.
Nothing has been changed excepting locales (Discussion -> Question things)..

What's happening? Help appreciated

please make sure you have set the plugin to "enable" from the Forum Setting > Voting on the left menu
