Sitemaps 0.9.1 not working

This discussion is related to the Sitemaps addon.
installed Sitemaps 0.9.1

there is folder /cache/Sitemaps/
but no site map after enabling sitemap & new posting

I am using default smarty theme and default.master in /defaultsmarty/views/

Is it make any difference

Help please Thanks in advance.............

any one using Sitemaps 0.9.1 in vanilla forum could guide me....


I have posted many new post but no sitemap.index.xml generated in /cache/Sitemaps/. when I opened http://www.yourforum.com/sitemap.index.xml only a blank page in page source having this output

Named - sitemap.index[1]

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">

    I works perfectly. But I have a problem with Google Webmasters Tool. "The label The value of this tag is not valid XML" 0.8

    Works for me too, I added it to Google Webmaster and it recognized the URL correctly.
