Can I install Vanilla Forum in root folder by any name?

I already got my WordPress blog at root and now I want the sweetest forum on net.

Can I have it in a folder named "Forum" ?

My Blog is www.gtricks.com , so making 'forum' folder and installing vanilla there, can I have www.gtricks.com/forum as my intended forum?
