Facebook: Posting new discussion on user's wall

Hello everyone,

I'm quite new to Vanilla forums and I'm loving every part of it. Great job so far, guys :)

I was looking for a way to allow a user to post on his/her Facebook wall, each time they submit a new topic on the forum. Similarly for Twitter too, like the way it's on FourSquare's mobile app, the user may choose either of them or both to post on Twitter and Facebook while posting a new discussion. Can anyone do this or has it already been done?
