Class 'CategoryModel' not found, issue...

Hi guys, upgrading to version 2 and receiving the following error message:

Fatal error: Class 'CategoryModel' not found in /usr/www/users/downt6sn/pet_sitter_bible/forum/applications/vanilla/settings/structure.php on line 60

I should mention this is the second time I'm trying to upload vanilla 2 files and I can't seem to delete my upload folder to re-upload fresh, not sure if that's contributing to issue? thanks for any help!
