Theme Options Missing

What happen to the Theme Options? I really like one of the color change but can't find the menu option to change colors for the default theme. Thanks!

@Todd: help :) Theme options is missing in 2.0.18b2 too.

oh. Theme options does work: it's just the default theme and this one are different themes.
