Change Month-Names in Discussions-View

Hi all,

I'd like to change the months names on my startpage of the forum (discussions page) next to each discussion-title.

English is for example "March" in German it should be named "März".

Can anyone help me?

    Locale definition file is good place to do so.
    I think French Locale has opt for this approach. If you dl the French locale pack, you'll find the line. 
    setlocale(LC_ALL,'fr_FR.UTF-8', 'french', 'fr');

    hi yu_tang,

    can you tell me in which file this line needs to be added?
    i found some of those setting in bootstrap.php but making changes doesn't take effect.

    do you have any help for me or anyone else? thanx
