[Liked Addon] How to Move the "liked" button to another location than next to the opening post*

Is there any way I can move the button onto the discussion title bar, rather than next to the opening post?

I am also interested in this. I want to have it next to Tweet button (from corresponding plugin). May be even integrate both plugins with option that allow to select various buttons.

Just trying to get this post going again as it was never answered and I'd like to put my Facebook button next to my Twitter button as right now they are spaced out for some reason. Any idea guys?
