[Tagging Enhanced Addon] Logic problems then deleting tags

This discussion is related to the Tagging Enhanced addon.

If you delete tags from dashboard you still have them in database for each post, that results in tags still present during post editing in tag line.
Plugin must implement filtering of data before presenting them to editor.
