How do I convert a Vanilla 1 theme to a Vanilla 2 Theme*

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any good recommendations for a coder to add the custom design to my Vanilla 2 forum I'd made for my Vanilla 1 forum but don't know how to import to my new one, thank you!
