[Voting addon] improvement - consistent bookmark indication

It seems that the voting plugin overrides the default bookmarking UI on the discussions page by making the "Follows" cell the bookmark selector. While this is an interesting way to consolidate the data presentation and bookmarking functionality, it creates an inconsistent (non-standard?) visual bookmarking indicator. The discussion page maintains the expected "star" for bookmarking. It would be good to have the option of keeping the star for bookmarking and making the Follows cell viewable only.
