Sign out redirects to blank page.

When I press the sign out button, I am redirected to a blank page. The problem is that there is an extra /forum in the url, so it looks like this: http://domain.com/forum/forum/


I've correctly set the .htaccess, and everything else works fine. What could be the problem?
