[Quotes] Apache error log

This discussion is related to the Quotes addon.
I noticed in my Apache error log that when the Quotes plug-in is enabled, every time a discussion page is accessed, I get the following errors:"GET /plugins/Quotes/css/cleditor.css HTTP/1.1" 404 15573
"GET /plugins/Quotes/css/cleditor.css HTTP/1.1" 404 15573 "http://www.domain.com/vanilla/discussion/41/xxxxxxx" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.15) Gecko/20110303 Firefox/3.6.15 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0E)"
I'm thinking the path is wrong and should be GET /vanilla/plugins/Quotes/css/cleditor.css
Anyone else getting this?
