htaccess?

I am using godaddy to host my forum. When I access the site with safari (mac), it works perfectly. When I access the site with IE (pc) I get the 404 page. Could it be that the htaccess file is incorreclty configured?

I am using the standard install, in a sub-folder, nothing modified.

Below is the part of a packet capture that I believe describes what my problem is. Unfortunateley I'm not exactly sure what the fix is. If anyone can tell what the issue is, I would appreciate it.
