Zero-post users shown

This discussion is related to the TopPosters addon.

If the module is set to display more top posters than there are posters at all, then it seems to pick a bunch of posters with zero posts and includes them in the list. It makes sense to only select top posters that have actually posted (those that have actually posted being the fully set of "posters" after all ;-)

This is only really an issue during the early days of a site going live, but would be a nice thing to have fixed for tidiness.
