Possible bug? - Moderator/staff edit of post updates user IP

Hey @Tim - I've noted a small inconvenience that is, if a staff member edits another user's post, the LastIP field gets updated with the IP of the staff/moderator. This makes it harder to track who is posting from which IPs comprehensively.

I wonder if this can be detected and left alone if it is a staff editing a user's post, rather than a user editing his/her own post?

Confirmed bug. It's not in a public repo yet to fix, and I've already exhausted my 1-plugin-made-public a month limit with @Tim, so it probably needs to wait for April. ;)
