Individual Author's RSS Feed

Can I get an RSS feed out of just an individual profile's discsussions? I would like to pump my forum posts from somewhere like http://mysite.org/profile/discussions/myprofile/ to twitterfeed or something similar. I just don't want to use the RSS from every new discussion. Is this possible?

    Doesn't exist yet; you'd need someone to cook up a quick plugin for that.
