WA Membership Management Integration - Unable to create custom information page

We use a site called Wild Apricot for our CMS and for membership management. They have a forums module but it's not great and I would prefer to use vanilla. I need to use my existing authentication, which is part of WA. The problem is that I cannot create custom pages within their site to extract user information per the plugin specifications. They do have a member profile page, which has all the necessary data but I would need to modify the plugin to extract it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I found a forum post on their site that shows how to pass data from WA to an external site but this is not what I want.

Can this plugin read data inside "span" tags, field labels, etc? That seems to be my only source of information.
