How do I change the following messages (welcome to Vanilla, etc) ?*

I've been all over locale and definition files. I can't seem to find how to change all these messages. I know how to do the "Howdy Stranger" one. But I cant find a set list of array keys that define these things. I know they HAVE to be somewhere.

How do I:
-"Welcome to Vanilla!" or "Welcome Aboard!"? (activity messages)
-Make the "Banner Title" and the Email "Title" separate values? (Right now my users get "Welcome to Forums" in their email, just sounds bad).

If you have the possibility to search inside all your files, search for that text. Then you'll find the place where you can change that text.

Thanks! That doc helped a lot. Still not 100% on a few things. I guess I'll have to go look for those T() functions in the template files to determine names.
