Unable to change "authenticator"

I have installed Vanilla 2.0.17 and enabled Open ID, Google Login and Facebook login plugins. However, when I go to Dashboard - Authetication - It shows "Password". I have configured Facebook and Google but I'm unable to change this. When users try to logon via Facebook, it asks to choose a user name and then asks for a password and 2 seconds later I see a BONK message.
I will change the BONK settings to further debug this. Any ideas whats going on here??

Its fixed. Email function SMTP issues.
